Hebrew/syriac new testaments not on iPad

I have the iPad 2. The Hebrew new testament and Syriac peshitta new testament are not showing up in my library. The other Targum library and the other Syriac gospels show up in the library so I don't know what the problem could be. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Daniel - First, welcome to the forums! Sorry you are having troubles. Have you checked the product description page for the specific resource on Logos website? Most resources are mobile enabled, but not all (mostly due to publisher restrictions on mobile use). If the product has an iPhone icon next to the Mac & Windows icon, it should show up. Otherwise, it is unavailable.

According to their product pages they are not mobile enabled (neither has the iPhone icon).
