Devotionals have changed on my iPad

It appears that the last update (to L4) or the complete removal and reinstall of iPad v 2.0.2 has changed the Home screen devotionals on my iPad.  Is there someway I can get the old ones back

Old = The Christian's Secret of a Holy Life;   Morning and Evening;   Thoughts for the Quiet Hour

Current = Drawing Near;  God is Enough;   The Loins Girded

Any thoughts as to how to change would be appreciated.

Thanks, Steve

Steve - Welcome to the forums! Sorry you are having troubles.

The devotionals that appear on your mobile device are supposed to be the highest prioritized ones in your L4 installation. I am unsure if this is currently working however. Have you checked your prioritization list to see if you have the ones you want listed in the order you desire?

I have checked and prioritisation order of devotionals on the desktop don't seem to be transferred to the iPad.

I think this may be an area that has not migrated to sync v2. Perhaps we will get some clarification from Logos.

    Hi Steve,

I'll write up a case for this and forward it to our Development Department.  Thanks!

    To All

I did check my "prioritize resources" and the list had the 3 "lost" Devotionals just below the ESV bible.  ( Alabama...  thanks for the heads-up on this).

Kevin, I assume that a "case" is some type of bug report or action request.  Thanks for doing that.

Am I to assume that there is nothing I can do at the moment to make things work?

    Thanks, Steve

    That is correct.

Yes. In this case, it is an action request (it may have already been on the "to do" list as the developers work to migrate everything to sync v2).

    Hi Steve,

You are correct; a "case" is the all encompassing term we use for bug reports, suggestions, feature requests, etc. that might require investigation.

The issue you are experiencing sounds like a regression although I haven't yet tested Devotional prioritization synchronization on non-Beta Logos/iOS software.  I'm fairly new to the mobile team but will see what I can find out tomorrow whether this worked before and doesn't now.  After initial testing I would say there is nothing you can do at the moment and I apologize for the disappointment.

Oops, sorry Alabama24!  You beat me to it while I was writing my answer... Thanks for all of your gracious help on the forums!!

    This thread is from February.

Has this been fixed? I just moved so my Mac isn't as easily accessible. Once I'm there, do I just prioritize which ones I want Logos for iPad to show me? Why doesn't the iOS app show me ALL of my devotionals?

Looking at realease notes for the latest beta, it appears that this may be on the horizon, but it has not yet happened.

All of your devotionals that are mobile enabled should appear in the library, but only the top three will be on the home page.

Syncing of devotional prioritization does not yet work for me, but I have been told that it will "soon".
