I have tried all of the fixes that that were posted concerning these two issues and I must say that frustrated is an understatement at this point! Why is it so hard to get someone from Logos to resolve this issue? I am running Windows 7 64-bit. The software worked for a while, then the messages came (shortly after the many updates the system requires) and it has not worked since 2011 for me. If I had not spent over $400 on this software I would continue to use the FREE online Bible resources, but because I cannot get a refund I'm stuck trying to figure out a solution to this problem. I would appreciate it if only someone who has the same issue and has a successful solution reply to this post. I'm sorry, but I'm that frustrated at this point!
