Spybot Search and Destroy a problem?

Is anyone having a problem with SD? 

I've been trying to solve my slow Logos 4 problem for days.  I stopped the SD and teatimer processes in Task manager and... Logos 4 is smooth and fast and normal. 

Don't know if it will last.

Could it be that simple?

Could be - the more resources available to L4 - the better it will run.

There was a tip that someone posted that suggested "Ctrl-Alt-Del" then selecting "Task Manager" and right clicking on the Logos 4 program and selecting "Set Priority" and choosing "High".

I tried it on a Quad Core with 6 gigs of Ram running Win 7 and did see very good performance increase...
