Syncing iPad Collections

Does anyone know how to get the collections to sync with the iPad and iPhone?  All of my collections that were made prior to the latest iPad upgrade show up in the search screen menu.  I recently created another collection and it will not show up.  I've tried to delete the app and reinstall and still nothing. It's been about a week since I created the new collection.   Any ideas?

    The syncing of collections has not yet migrated to sync v2. It is supposed to come in a future update. I am sorry, but I don't have any timeframe for this feature implementation.
