In browsing resources on the Logos website I sometimes look at "Staff Picks" assuming that some of your staff have good taste in books.
What I'd like to see is something about why a resources is in that list, in other words, a staff review. Something that would answer the question "Why is this resource here?" I'd also be interested to know who is recommending the resource, which can be accomplished by a simple attribution of the review.
If putting the staff review in the "Reviews" portion of the page doesn't seem right, include the review in the regular text of the item description. If so, I'd envision a paragraph that would look something like this:
STAFF PICK by E. Nuffsed: "Francis Shaeffer had a profound influence on me in the 80's and I have read nearly everything he wrote. I have always found him both challenging and helpful. I highly recommend this collection for anyone who wants to seriously examine the interface of day-to-day life with Scriptural integrity." - Feb.17, 2012
