After updating IPAD version, notes are displayed by default and no way to turn them off.
The NET bible, for example, is about 10% Bible and 90% notes. It's a great reference, but terrible if you're trying to get as much text on the screen at once...
Also, the Biblia Hebraica Stutt (Hebrew Text) shows some funky message on every page that's overlapping the actual text.
Please make notes display OPTIONAL!
