Wierd... A2 and A3 didn't play well together

So my Macbook Pro spent all yesterday indexing (A 2). Just before I went to bed it asked to install updates and restart. I told it yes then went to bed, leaving the computer on to finish indexing. However, this morning when I got up there were two Logos 4's running, A2 and A3. A2 had access to my books, A3 did not, it reports resources missing (although, I only tried to open the ESV, which A2 had open.)

So, I just quit both instances of Logos and restated. It took a took a long time to prepare my library and not it is indexing again! At least A3 sees my books now...

I had the same experience. It appears that Logos needs to make some adjustment to the update script. It seems to leave the old drop alongside the new one. L4 then becomes confused as to which it should run.
