Hi Paul - and welcome to the forums
I was wondering if there was a download all option on the iPad app?
Yes, there is in the most current shipping version, 2.0.2
If you go to the library and wait for the app to count the resources available to you you should get a count of resources at the top left and a "Download all" button on the right. If you enter text in the library filter field you can limit the resources shown (for example all books with "Matthew" in their title) and just download those.
Be careful doing this - while there is a download all button you need to remove them each individually which some people have found to be an issue.
Hope this helps
Graham

May I ask, why isn't there an option that allows us to check only the items we want to download, then download those all at once?
I'd prefer this as compared to going into each individual book's page and click download. Is this a software limitation?0 -

Option: use library filter to show stuff, which you want, then download all.

But what if the filter search turns up 20 books, and I only want, 12? I would then have to either:
- Download all 20, then go into 8 books' info and remove from device.
Or - again just go into 12 books' and choose download.

Why can't there just be a checkbox next to each book in the list. Check the ones I want, then click Download All selected.0 -
Gaius - It's a good idea, but it hasn't been implemented. Perhaps it will be in the future. Until then, your only choices are:
- Download books one at a time
- Download all books using "download all"
- Download a subsection of books by filtering and using "download all
If you feel strongly about it, you should create a suggestion using "suggestion:" in the subject title.

Or add bit more to filter to exclude 8 titles.

It appears that that option is no longer available on my iPad. I have used it before but it is no longer there. Is there anything I can do to get it back? I would rather not search for all of the books I just purchased and add them one at a time.

I just checked mine and noticed that it was still available in 4.0.2 and 4.0.3.
There is another option since this original thread: you can manage your mobile resources in desktop Logos. Enable the "Devices" column in Library and sort by it. Then choose the resources you want on/off your mobile device, select them all and check/uncheck the "Download all to" for the appropriate device(s).
I've attached a screenshot.

I did scroll up to where I have seen the option before. I am using 4.0.3 but it is not there. I will download from my desktop. Thanks.

I believe you need to be in "list view" in your library and not "grid view". I don't have an iOS device handy yo check, but maybe that's your issue?

Is your version up to date? I am on beta and don't know what the current release number is. Is your library filtered in any way? If so, how? Can you give a screen shot? Also note: I think you must be in list view. Here is mine
