Space requirements

Hey all,

I'm considering buying the Scholar's Library base package, and one of the things I want to do is have access to the library via an iPad. That said, I'm a bit confused about something. If you need to have an internet connection to access resources, does that mean the books and resources are not stored locally on the device?

In other words, do I need to worry about how much space the resources will take up on my iPad, or are they all accessible via the internet only?

I hope that makes sense. Thanks for any help in clarifying!

Steven - First, welcome to the forums!

one of the things I want to do is have access to the library via an iPad.

Most (but not all) resources are "mobile enabled." If a resource is not "mobile enabled," it is generally due to publisher licensing restrictions. You can check out a specific resource by visiting its product page on the Logos website. If there is an iPhone icon under the book cover, it is "mobile enabled."

If you need to have an internet connection to access resources, does that mean the books and resources are not stored locally on the device?

The app is designed to be run from the cloud, but you can also download resources.

do I need to worry about how much space the resources will take up on my iPad

No… unless you want to download everything.
