Can't sign in on iPad

I have a Logos.com account. The username and password works on the Logos website but not on the iPad, it just churns and churns, then finally tells me it's an invalid username and password.

So I though that perhaps I needed a second account for an iPad, but when I went to create one, it told me No, I already have an account.

Any thoughts?

Gary - I have heard that the Logos servers are having problems this afternoon. Have you ever logged onto the Logos mobile app before? Indeed, you do just use the same account for your desktop. Otherwise, you won't have access to your books!

Have you double & triple checked your password? The password is case sensitive.

I am having the same problem.  My login works on the computer (both PC and Mac), website, and iphone.  Yet, for some reason is not working on my ipad.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is this just today, or have you had problems other times trying to log in? There have been some server issues this morning, which may explain your problems.

My problem seemed to resolve itself after I signed off of Logos on my laptp. Is this the really the issue, that one cannot run Logos on 2 machines at once?

Completely unrelated. I have Logos on a desktop, laptop, iPad, and iPhone. I sometimes have 3 open at one time.

           What I do might not be for everyone -- depends on your circumstances, I guess ..........

However, since my daughter gave me an iPad2 for Christmas  ...         and   ........     I signed into Logos ...

            since then I have never signed out ...             works for me!            Think about just staying "signed in"!
