My first crash

Hi amigos!

For the first time in 18 months, (and this week three times), Logos stopped working, and I lost my layouts. Any reason? Anyone else? Regards.

Woohoo! Welcome to the club. Did you happen to find a logos4crash.txt file (look in Logos Log Files folder)? If so, upload it here. And consider enabling diagnostic logging so you can catch a more detailed log file in case it happens again. See http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging

Can't recall anyone losing layouts. Does that mean you have NOTHING in your Layout menu? Or did you lose Named Layouts (ones you created) but still have snapshots?

BTW the original crash log and an error log should be available in \Documents\Logos Log Files, so upload these. If you can get us some other logs (logos4.log) showing the layout problem that would be appreciated.
