What happened to this resource's Page Numbers?

I am on 4.5a RC build 2048.

I was looking through Camp Logos 2 Live DVD last night, and note this screen capture - he is looking at the resource "Exploring Church History", and note the page number field --

Here is a screen shot of the same resource in my Logos install; note also the headings have changed and they are all caps - maybe that's just a change in Font? Anyway, there is NO page number field:

Here is the Info for that resource, note the date is still old, 2002, and there is NO index for Page Numbers anymore! What happened to the resource?
