Bug: Logos not opening after latest update install

Description
Logos will not open after installing latest update this morning 3/25/2012

Steps to reproduce

Allowed Logos 4 to update to latest update
Allowed Logos 4 to install latest update

Actual Result
Logos closed on its own. When attempting to reopen, error message displayed Logos is not working, windows attempting to find a solution. Logos failed to open.

Expected Result
Instead of crashing I expected Logos 4 to open

System Specs
Dell Inspiron N4010 Laptop\ Intel Pentium processor\P6100 2.00GHz\4 GB RAM, 3.8 useable\Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit

Crash looks the same as thread => L4 displays a "Logos Bible Software has stopped working" immediately upon clicking the shortcut.

Unable to load an assembly can be caused by not having permission to read file(s) (including folders along path) OR file does not exist.

Wonder about folder ownership ? Wiki has => Fixing Logos 4 folder Ownership

If assembly does not exist, wonder about repair ? Program and Features control panel to repair "Logos Bible Software 4" (version 4.51.0.2048) ?

Other option is contacting Logos => http://www.logos.com/about/contact (albeit phone lines are closed on Saturday and Sunday)

Uninstalled Logos 4 hoping a reinstall would fix the problem.
Continue to get the same error message before install will begin

Frustrated...looks like a phone call on Monday might be the solution.

Appreciation frustration. Option is enabling diagnostic logging, then attaching zip file; wiki has => http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging

Apologies: without log files, not know if issue is the same.
