content won't download

I purchased the Logos 4 Scholars edition at a conference yesterday.  I installed it on my Mac, but there is zero content/resources.  How do I get this stuff on my computer.  Very frustrating to drop this kind of money on a software and have it not work at all.  Thanks in advance for any help.

1) Wonder if menu bar has a blue Logos icon (upper right) ?  If so, can click icon for indexer status.  Wiki => Indexer Icon has a screen shot of menu bar icon.

Appreciate frustration plus know about awesome Bible Study using Logos; albeit Logos has a learning curve.  Wiki has => Getting Started with Logos page (recommended), which includes => Installation + Indexing that describes Logos 4 initial download and indexing.  Scholar's edition has 6.06 GB of resources to download, then locally index, which can take hours.  Many Logos tools and guides need indexing to complete before being practical to use.

Since Logos was purchased at a conference, the initial installation needs a serial number to associate resource licenses with your Logos.com account.  One way to check license association is login to http://biblia.com web site with your Logos.com account.  When not logged in, biblia.com has 50 free resources.  When logged in, biblia.com provides access to resources in your Logos library, which are available for mobile use.  For Scholar's edition, should have more than 400 resources for use on your mobile devices.

2) How many resources are in your Library at http://biblia.com ?

My Logos library has Scholar's Platinum plus many additional purchases.  Due to contracts with various publishers, about 11 % of my Logos library is not (yet) accessible on mobile devices, including http://biblia.com.  Logos is negotiating with various publishers to enable mobile access without Logos users paying again.
