Logos has stopped working.

Good morning. I am trying to install Logos 4 on my laptop. I get it downloaded and installed and then when I open it I get a message that it has stopped working and Windows is looking for a solution. I went through your FAQ and the same issue on your forum. I have followed the directions and uninstalled/reinstalled 3 times with the same problem. Thank you for your help.

I had this happen once recently, so after it crashed I reopened the program and let it try the update again which ran successfully the second time. I assume you've done that but if not, it's something to consider - open, let it crash, close it, reopen, see if it completes successfully.
