password not accepted

I tried to open Logos 4 this morning and it prompted me for a password. I supplied the password and it rejected it. I went to the website and reset my password and tried to reopen logos4 and entered new password and still will not accept the password. I am using the program offline now. Any solutions? Anyone else experiencing this problem?

I stay signed in on Logos.com and I am afraid if I sign out to test the password it will leave me stuck on the outside. I just left Vyrso.com site where I found the same password log-in problem is happening. I tried the "forgot password" option and the Vyrso website said the "search function is currently down and we are working on the technical difficulty" I don't know what the internal "search function" has to do with my password being correct or not.

I'm curious if you changed your sign-in email recently. Your post count is "1" which can signify either a brand new forum poster or an "old-timer" that just changed the email on their account. If you changed emails recently, be sure to sign in with your new email. If this is your very first forum post, Welcome to the forums and rest assured the techie team are working on whatever the problem is.

I just tried to update Logos on a desktop machine where I rarely use it and my password was rejected. I can still sign in to my account on the logos.com site.

Same here. My password gets rejected when logging in from Logos 4 in Windows. Works on the Logos website though.

I just purchased the minimal crossgrade and I'm having the same problem. I can login on the website and changed my password but I've been unable to login to logos 4.

I spoke with support and found out they are having server issues this morning. She said to try again later in the day.

Why is it when these quirks happen they always happen in an embarrassing fashion. I mean it looks like the system recognizes passwords just fine when selling stuff but stumbles when users try to run it....... [:$] It is still not working on Vyrso. I am not about to sign out of my Logos account.
