Free Book of the Month - Selection Process

Hi All,

Couple of questions....

Any speculations as to what books will be offered for free in the future?

Also - Does anyone have any insight into the selection process? I'm assuming it would be 100% public domain books, so there aren't any costs associated with licensing fees, but I'm curious if the selection process is somewhat random, or strategic (IE: one book out of a selection of collections to entice people to purchase the rest of a collection)?
