Program crash

I've had Logos on my Mac for about 18 months and my biggest frustrations has been regular crashes as I scroll through a Bible text. Today I installed the program on my new Mac and the first time I scrolled through a text it crashed. Any suggestions beside a liberal dose of laying on of hands? Frustrated in AUS.

Welcome to the Logos forums. You might get better—more helpful—response if you post this in the Logos for Mac forum along with a more detailed description of what is happening—What resource? Which Bible text? Where in the text?. Diagnostic logs are almost a necessity in analyzing the problem.

In my signature, the Applescript link will show how to create log files, and the Logos Log Scribe makes creating an archive painless. Then, just click the paper clip in the compose window and select the log file from your desktop

Concur with suggestion to post in Logos 4 Mac forum (or Mac Beta forum if using Beta releases)

Curious about Logos 4 Mac version ? Also curious which Bible(s) crash when scrolling ? Likewise wonder about reverse interlinear settings ?

Apologies: using Logos 4.5a on OS X 10.6.8 can scroll Bibles without crashing.
