BUG: Missing links in lectionary

Look at the Catholic Lectionary and compare with the Bible:

1) The footnote numbers are there, but they are not linked.

2) The cross reference letters are missing altogether.

Haven't checked with other lectionaries and Bibles.

Mac Pro (late 2013) OS 12.6.2

    The dynamic text in a lectionary is supposed to show Bible text only.  So the cross references are not supposed to be visible, but neither are the footnote numbers.  I will report that issue for investigation.
