Problem with Layout pulldown menu

I have been having a repeated/intermittent problem pulling down my Layout list. When this happens all I see is a white square 1/4 x 1/4 inch. I've talked to Logos tech and they say that I'm the only one that has this problem so they have a low priority on the fix, but "are working on it". This has been going on for almost a year. So I solicit 1.) Your recommendations if you know the "fix" and 2.) let me know if you have the had the same thing happen to you.

I'm running MAC OS X 10.6.8 on a MacBook Pro, about 3 years old.

I don't know how to do screen shots on Mac.

For this one, you will probably need Grab because you need L4 Menu drop down active. Otherwise, Cmd-Shift-4 will do the trick. Had never experienced this before, but 4.5b Beta 1 gave me a present.

Thanks Jack. That Cmd shift 4 really helped me take the screen shot.

But now I don't know how to paste it in the blog, but it looks JUST LIKE THE ONE THAT YOU PROVIDED.

So I'm not the only one that had/has this problem!!!

Ahh. I finally figured out how to paste it. As you can see it looks the same.

It did not come through. You need to save the picture on your computer, click the paperclip, select the saved picture, click insert, then post

Don't know about your problem, but I need to wait for Logos to release 4.5b Beta 2.

Sorry about the problem you're having, D-i-c-k, and also sorry to see the forum software censored your name! [:)] That over-zealous swear-word cleaner-upper! I guess you'll have to go by Richard on the forums, or disguise your name somehow so the censor doesn't pick it up.

I'm not a Mac user, so I don't have anything more to offer on this particular issue than what others have said.
