Server offline

I am doing some searches, like "title:romans" and get 50 or so titles. While attempting to download some of them, and also the cover graphics in tile mode, I appear to be going offline a lot.

After this happens, I can only see the 550 or so offline books, rather than my full library.

Also searches then return no results. I rebooted the iPad and it came OK for a short time.

Is the search server/service offline or crashed or something?
