1. Cloud Sync Issues: we're experiencing inexplicable sync issues. Edited text for song lyrics, seemed to have either disappeared or rearranged itself.
2. Ghost Items: We've experienced on two separate occasions, slides that would show "chorus 1" or "verse 1" rather than making those notations invisible. The only way to rectify, was to delete the entire song and start over.
3. Lyrics Text Size: Editing the text size, although doable, is just plain cumbersome. What kind of work is being done to try and minimize the time it takes to manually edit long lines of text? How hard would it be to write a program within Proclaim that would auto correct this?
4. Mediashout imports: Is there any plans of providing an assistant tool that can import Mediashout edited songs into Proclaim? If not, is there a known work around? Our biggest battles with Proclaim have been trying to get the lyrics in the right order for our worship team. A simple import from CCLI does not work, as we have 4+ years of media shout customization of songs.
5. Powerpoint Slides: Are we still on track to be able to implement Powerpoint directly into Proclaim by late March?
6. User friendliness: We all expect the usual learning curve for a new program such as Proclaim. That being said, the basic premise behind the layout for the lyrics is very cumbersome.
7. Not ready to plunge yet… We are hesitant to take the plunge and start paying for the software if we don’t feel that it is ready for what we are doing. I am a Platinum Scholar library owner, and more than willing to spend the money if we know that it will work, but just aren’t convinced of that yet. Is there any extension of the trial being offered for another month?
