Don't know if you're waiting in anticipation of Eerdmans' above cited book:
http://www.eerdmans.com/Products/Default.aspx?ISBN=9780802865199
The publishing date has slipped to late July (beginning from mid-last year).
Here's a quick summary:
"Tsedaka's [author] expert English translation is presented in parallel columns alongside the more familiar Masoretic Text, the basis of most modern translations. This format highlights the more than six thousand differences between the Samaritan and Masoretic versions; Tsedaka's extensive margin notes provide further help and explanation. Detailed indices tie the Samaritan Torah to the Septuagint versions and the Dead Sea Scroll texts. "
From Martin Abegg (who has several resources in Logos):
"More than simply a translation, this is a document infused with the unique culture of the Israelite-Samaritans as no other English translation could be. . . Truly an historic piece of literature."
I'd put this in the suggestion forum but (1) it's not even published yet and (2) we aren't even able to support the Samaritan itself. Hopefully the connections to the LXX and DSS might help spur it along.
And for an interesting interview with one of the 'helpers' of the cited book from last year:
