Exegetical guide notes - How to?

Hi - is there any real use for the exegetical guide notes? I don't seem to be able to export them anywhere, they don't appear in the normal notes section and they disappear if I do a new search. I am sure there is a use for them but can't seem to find a video or anything on Logos wiki.

When run Exegetical Guide for similar passage, noticed reference to older guide appears:
