Whenever I highlight a word and hit the look up button for the Greek on the 2011 NIV, I get the wrong Greek Word.

I have just tried this on some words in John 1 and they all come up correctly.
Can you provide some specific examples of when you are seeing this?

Actually I have not received the correct information even once in John. Thanatou for beginning in 1:1.

What do you get when you try and do a lookup on "beginning" here?

If you download a bible, you must ensure you have the latest version or the reverse interlinear will not line up.
