Update Error

Dear Logos Support team

Recently I have purchased Logos 4 Bible Study Library. The main problem is that whenever I try to update Logos update files my system gives following errors:

Error Writing to File

C:\users\nepal\AppData\Local\Logos4\Logos4.exe

verify tthat you have access to that directory

 

I don't know about this error. I am able to download and update other software update files. Canyou please help me to resolve this issues.

Hi Jeevan - and welcome to the forums.

A number of users have reported this recently and it was due to a few anti-virus packages incorrectly flagging Logos4 as malware

Please see http://community.logos.com/forums/p/44395/330694.aspx for a discussion of this.

Assuming this is what you are seeing then you need to configure your AV software so it doesn't trigger on Logos4
