Your licences should already be synced. Logos keeps a record.
There is no easy way to currently get the new titles in v3. If you know which ones you want you can download, if available, the v3 ones from the ftp site. Logos is putting together an update script to facilitate this process.

We are just talking about Version 3 here. Having Version 4 files mixed in isn't going to help matters.
