3/4 -->Logos App on iPad2 closes about a minute after it opens. HELP!
I used it yesterday no problem. This AM i have NASB on top (portrait) and Reformation Study Bible on bottom half. Yesterday NASB on top and Courson's App Comm on bottom half.

Tried it on my husband's iPad2 and it works fine BUT iif I open the Reformation Study Bible it closes. My iPad2 does not stay open long enough to choose a different book. What to do?

I don't have the Reformation Study Bible to see if that is causing the problem.
You could try doing a soft reset on the IPad. Hold the home button and the Power button down, then slide the slider off, and let the IPad reset itself. To see if that clears whatever it is that is causing the error.

Tried that before posting.
After I tried it on my husband's iPad2 and it did the same thing, I deleted the Logos App on my iPad2 then installed it again..lost my history on the bible study I eas doing but works fine if I don't open the Reformation Study Bible.

Then I would say there is problem with the Reformation Study Bible on the app. I would email Logos si
Support and see what they have to say.

Is the the Reformation Study Bible downloaded? If yes, delete it and try. If not, try downloading it.

Deleted Logos App
Installed it again
Reformation Bible in Library, but not downloaded. Downloaded it and it still crashes.
Came home tonight and opened up Logos on my laptop and Reformation Study Bible works fine in Logos on HP Laptop.
The Reformation Study Bible does not work on iPad2 for some reason. [:'(]
I believe when I originally purchased this/RSB it was titled the Geneva Study Bible (but I won't say for sure) so I don't know if that has something to do with it or not..
I opened Vyrso App and the Reformation Study Bible works OK. Then opend Logos App to try RSB, but still does not work.

I sent Logos Cust Serv an email about it.
I did check to see if The Reformation Study Bible works on the Biblia App and that works just fine. I wonder if the license did not update on my iPad2...I don't know how all this works but it was a thought.
Still works on my laptop, but mow Vyrso App shuts down in a flash if RSB is open.

My copy of Logos crashes on my iPad several minutes after opening also, but I don't have the Reformation Study Bible open when it does. It has crashed with the NKJV Study Bible & NRSV that I can think of but I am not convinced that it is tied to a particular resource. I will try it tonight with only the KJV and see what happens. I have tried reinstalling to no avail. It started during the "notes sync" update and hasn’t' worked since. ?? I am having to use another product until this get resolved. :-(

Billy - Sorry you are having problems. It would be helpful if you could start a new thread since this is a separate issue. In that new thread make sure to explain the problem as best as you can. Also, can you tell us how large your note files are?

Are you talking about the note files on my PC version of Logos? I have never seen any notes on my iPad, but this did start when the new "note sync" version came out. Oddly enough it show to be downloading all the time.....

Yes - Including highlighting notes

My hypothesis, from the little I know about your situation, is that you may have some large note files which are having difficulties downloading.
In the new thread, you should also add what versions of the desktop and mobile apps you are using.

Not sure where it stores the notes files so nothing concrete, but I would think they are quite large as I have been working on them for years now.
Your hypothesis sounds right on to me, I hope the soluction is as forthcoming.
Not sure what you mean by "mobile apps" version though. Oh yes, the version of Logos for iPad... Sorry but I am a little slow... :-)
