Several of the Collections carry Scott Hahn's "KInship by Covenant" which is his doctoral dissertation on covenant theology. I have referred to it often, it is excellent!

Glad to see there is someone more than me who wants a modern commentary on Chronicles, and not just those age-old ones in the Classic Commentaries set. [:P]
