Logos stops working soon after starting up, while it's trying to index. I have 4 files in the crash log folder, but I think it allows me just to upload one.

The log indicates some sort of disk I/O error
"Error detail: SQLiteException: Some kind of disk I/O error occurred"
This is typically indicative of a disk hardware problem - see http://community.logos.com/forums/t/30527.aspx for a discussion of something similar.
Suggest you run some diagnostics on your disk - and it at all possible backup your data first.
I have 4 files in the crash log folder, but I think it allows me just to upload one.
For the future, you need to upload each log file individually
