Deleting a custom guide / template

I've created several guides / templates under the "New Guide Template" tab, but now I want to delete some.  I have tried deleting all the contents of the template I want to delete, but the label "Untitled Guide" still appears on the drop down list.

There is a "delete guide" button but it is greyed out and doesn't work!

Is there a solution for this?

In the menu at the top of the screen, you can right-click on the guide template and select "Delete".
