Stuck in a moment I can't get out of...

I am sorry if this issue has been raised and dealt with previously but I had a quick search and couln'd come up with anything and I am madly trying to work on my thesis....

Logos 4 is stuck synchronising. I have tried "Start Now" and nothing happens. To quote another song, the sync logo just keeps 'spinning right round baby right round like a record...'

At this stage I don't have any logs to upload because they are switched off. I am wondering if I can't get past startup can they even be turned on?

Mark, can you provide a screed shot. Try enabling "diagnostic logging by using this method. http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging.  If the program is open and running then ignore the sync and simply work. If it is the initial sync when you first open the program try clicking the arrow that says "start now". This should launch the program.

If that does not work, use "crtl alt del" and select the "process tab" in tab manager and look for the logos file and end it. Holding down "crtl" open up Logos, and see it that will allow you to get into the program.

Similar situations apply with the Mac.
