Under Word by Word, the first portion has the original language and English versions of the verse side by side, but some words are grayed out, and sometimes they are key words. Is there some setting for including ALL of the words in the Word by Word breakdown? For example, Ps. 118:25 says “Save now, I beseech thee, O Lord...” The word beseech, however, is grayed out and not included in the breakdown.

Hi Tom - and welcome to the forums

I don't know Hebrew but I think the reason these are greyed out is that the word "beseech" is not actually included in the Hebrew text.

The Reverse Interlinear display demonstrates this

The word beseech is not found in the Original Language in this Psalm. It was added by the translators to make the meaning clear in English. So that is why it is not shown in the Word-by-Word breakdown.

If you were to view the Reverse-Interlinear (click link to view the wiki) for this text, you would notice dots under these words (which means that these words were derived/implied from other words in the Original Language)

There sure is. I think this is what you are looking for: Hover to the right of the "Word By Word" title and "settings" will appear. Also, you can click on the Word "Beseech" and it will be added to the words already visible.

Thank you, everyone. I guess I expected words not in the original to be italicized. I'll know better in the future.
