Two Missing Volumes from Exegetical Summaries

I was looking for anything on the status of the two missing NT volumes of the Exegetical Summaries, Romans 9-16 being one of them. Anyway, I read through this thread.

I found nothing there, nor have I heard of a possible date for completion of this series. I notice that many of the current volumes have been updated, and the SIL website indicates that these two volumes have not been updated. Is that the hang-up? If so, I appreciate that. I would however, like to know what status of these, and maybe other volumes is.
