can someone tell me what to do/

are your markups showing like they should? highlighting, etc.?

everything seems to be okay except...when I updated to latest beta I lost my inductive notes on my mac.
(all other notes,highlights,etc, seem to be there)
They (inductive,& other) still show up on PC.
I've not tried to make an issue of this because I was using the beta

I wish I could help you. When I went to the 4.5 b Beta 1, my highlighting markups got all messed up. Beta 2 did not fix this. I reverted to the stable release, but that didn't fix it either, I have been waiting now for a week to find out from Logos exactly what the solution is to getting my highlights back (they are located on Logos servers, but I get the same yellow triangle you're describing - which indicates that sync is encountering errors). Interestingly, they sync just fine to Logos on my iPad.
Unfortunately, "Betas" aren't supported by tech support. Reverting to the stable release is a long and time-consuming process, and no guarantee it will solve your issue, so maybe your best bet is that you've posted this, hopefully Logos will see it, and hopefully Beta 3 will fix it for you.

Understand...that is why I haven't said too much about minor problems.
I let the heavy weights work with Logos...i'm not smart enough.
Will wait and hope things will work out down the road.
I still use L3 for most of my work...waiting for day L4 get finished.
By that time they will probably move to L5.. "LOL"

The only time I get yellow triangles is if I am working offline, since it is just letting you know it has no network connection. If you are getting this while being logged into logos (regular start up) I am not sure what is up, do you have use internet turn on in your pretences?

Yes Sir...internet turned on at all times in L4.
Thought maybe someone would see my log file and could tell me something.

Option: download and use an applescipt application 5504.Logos4MacLogging.app.zip to display your logging setting, then change to enable logging.
- wiki has => http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging#Mac with terminal commands that are used in the applescript application.
Option: download and use Logos Log Scribe application to create a zip file on your desktop (copies console messages, then compresses contents of your Logging folder for posting).

all this has gotten too complicated for me...just have to wait and see what takes place with updates.

Okay, just had time to try and get some logs together for post here.
Still got the yellow triangle over sync arrows on Mac and looks like it got onto my PC too.
Not sure if I got the right logs but here are some...maybe someone can offer suggestion.

Looking at Logos4.log noticed an unusual error message at the 5th line:
Could not vend the Logos 4 AppController
Likewise noticed sync error repeat, which needs help from Logos to diagnose and resolve.

If call Logos, anticipate referral to the Mac Beta forum since you are using a beta release. Logos provides phone support for stable releases.

That's when my 'PB' disappeared...when I updated to 4.5b beta4.
Like I said, I lost some notes & got them back when I updated to beta4.
But then I noticed the "PB' were not there.
Oh well....(holding on to L3 until??)

Whenever I get the triangle of death, I just click on it. That usually puts it back to rights. If you click on the arrows, it will start the refresh process. Just clicking on it makes it do its thing. It's the electronic equivalent of jiggling the handle.
