Logos 4 doesn't like the format and the last time this happened I used a Command. For the life of me I can't locate what that Command was and searching through Logos Help hasn't--well--helped.

First, is this a first time install from the cd? And, do you already have L3 loaded? If yes to both then you should just be able to put the cd in and let the ‘autorun’ from the cd do its thing.
I take it that you already have L4 loaded and running, If I remember correctly the ebible series does not work with L4 on an install, so L3 must be loaded or it should load L3, then sync your license from L3.
Then from L4 type 'update resources' in the command box and any updated to L4 resources from the series will be downloaded....

You have two main options. You can load it through L3 and sync to the servers, or you can give Logos a call and have them place the license onto your account. Here is the info from the wiki: http://wiki.logos.com/Adding_new_resources_to_Logos_4
If you still use Logos 3, then load it the way you always did for Logos 3.
If you use only Logos 4, then call customer service and they will ask you for the unlock key, give it to them, then you will need to start Logos 4 and download will start for you. If you already have Logos 4 open, after you call them, you type in the command line, update resources and it will find them and let you know when the download is ready to start.
Also, I had to look for this because I remembered this came up before, http://community.logos.com/forums/p/9997/79112.aspx just general info but it mught help. I did dig out my eBible series cd's and it is definitely L3,
Hope this helps.....
The command you remembered probably was SCAN <target> - however this probably won't work, as installation of an eBible requires input of the many-digit licence key, and L4 has no feature to request this input. I personally load them through a semi-inactive L3 installation, as others have explained.
THanks for the reminder. Now I recall doing just that--calliing customer service and they took care of it.
The reason I bought this collection was that it had a few books of interest in apologetics and the prices was cheap.
