Does NASB, Amplified, etc. in Electronic Library Have Strong's Numbers

I have Logos 4 with SBLGNT and LEB. This is a very basic (free) setup, not a 'package'.

I want to add the NAS Electronic Library (http://www.logos.com/product/8734/nas-electronic-bible-library) but only if the NASB, AMP, NAS Concordance and Dictionaries, etc. are linked/keyed to Strong's Numbers.

If you know for certain that these versions and modules are linked to Strong's Numbers and I won't have to buy anything else to use them, I'd really like to know. Thanks.

NASB95 and NAS Concordance have strongs links; AMP doesn't.

    Welcome [:D]

Looking at Logos base package comparison => http://www.logos.com/comparison noticed NASB 95 is included with all base packages.  However, NASB 95 Reverse Interlinear resources for Old and New Testament are in Bible Study and higher packages.  Reverse Interlinear tagging includes original language lemma and Strong's number (plus morphology).

Apologies: not know if NASB 95 in http://www.logos.com/product/8734/nas-electronic-bible-library includes Logos 4 reverse interlinear resources, could call or email Logos Sales to ask => http://www.logos.com/about/contact

By the way, since Logos 4 can quickly search for words, including lemma's and Strong's Numbers, seldom use NAS exhaustive concordance, which does have Strong's Numbers.  Likewise, NAS dictionary resource has Strong's Number indexing (plus more).  However, Amplified Bible does not have reverse interlinear tagging.

Observation: Strong's Numbering lacks many verbal insights.  English is not Greek; Greek has a wider range of verbal expression and nuances.  With appropriate resources, Logos has morphological visual filtering that can show verbal range in a passage.  Wiki Extended Tips for Visual Filters => Examples of visual filters has a screen capture showing five Greek Morphology visual filters, which can be used in resources with Logos Greek Morphological tagging, including English Reverse Interlinear Bibles (e.g. NASB 95).  The screen capture shows Paul expressed seven (7) commands (imperatives) in Philippians 4:4-9

Its hard for most of us to know the answer to this since we have base packages which include reverse interlinears. It would be best to contact Logos during business hours. If that doesn't work for you, Logos does have a generous return policy. [:)]

KSFJ/Alabama ... NASB95 has links. I have it in both Libronix and L4 and periodically use them. AMP never did.

By the way Peter ... remember Libronix resources work in Logos4. Quite often the Libronix version (as in this case) is very affordable.

Concur NASB95 has Strong's Number linking in the associated reverse interlinear resources, which are two separate files from the NASB95 Bible text resource (one for the Old Testament and one for the New Testament).  Do know NAS library includes NASB95 Bible resource file; not know about NAS library license for the two reverse interlinear resource files.  Personally have a Logos base package, which includes reverse interlinear resource file licenses.

AMP only has Bible text with footnotes (does not have reverse interlinear tagging).

Thankful for Logos reducing many Bible prices to $ 10 => http://www.logos.com/products/search?Resource+Type=Bibles including Amplified.

Thank you everyone for the input. AMP linked/keyed to Strong's doesn't really matter, jsut handy if it did.

NASB matters because I'm used to looking up word meanings, background, use. etc. in another product (using KJV+Strongs). I was going to buy their NASB Package (NASB77, NASB95, Dictionaries, Concordance, Notes and Cross Refs all linked to Strong's #s) when I decided to check out Logos4 and saw it was a similar package for a similar price.

When I spoke to Logos support (via Chat on site) they said I had to buy a base package to get Strong's accessible in the NAS Electronic Library and recommended a package that was over $200 with the discount. When I checked the other packages, I saw that the cheapest (Home) has all or most of the NAS Electronic Library included. But at $150 it's more than I can afford.

So I'm trying to figure out if I can spend $30 and get what i want by adding the NAS Electronic Edition to what I have -- the most basic (free) setup (Logos 4, LEB, SBLGNT). If I can add the NAS Electronic Edition to my most basic setup and can use Strong's (or similar) to look up words and meanings, usages, etc.) and not have to buy anything else, I'll do it. If I can't, I'll have to keep saving my pennies until I can. [:)]

Does anybody know how to change the system so that it doesn't post my full name? I've tried to change the settings but it keeps listing my full name instead of my forum name.

I had entered my full name in the "Private" area and the forum name in the "Public" area assuming that they wanted my actual name but I could choose a "public" name. I changed them both to "PetrosD" and it worked. It's all good. :-)

The Amp is just the normal AMP from what I see. NO numbers but with the amp who needs Strongs? The words in ("""""") is the Greek or Hebrew meaning,
