When I installed the update two weeks ago on my computer, Logos 4 disappeared. I cannot be restarted, I have no access to it...help!!

Angelina - First, welcome to the forums! Sorry you are having problems.
When you write: "Logos 4 disappeared," do you mean the shortcut from the start menu? Have you checked on your C drive to see if the files are still there? Have you tried reinstalling using the current download from the Logos website?
