Dictionary of Bible Themes Scripture Index Personal Book

I've created a separate scripture index for the Dictionary of Bible Themes in Personal Book format.

I did this for several reasons:

1. Just like with The Thematic Bible, it makes more sense to have a separate index so that both the index and the main work can be open at the same time to avoid skipping back and forth from the index to the content.
2. The scripture index included with DBT is not indexed by scripture reference.
3. The scripture index for the DBT is missing 1 Chronicles.
4. The DBT scripture index includes multiple entries for the same passage and they skip back and forth.  For instance there are entries for Mt1.20 followed by Mt1.20-21 followed by another for Mt1.20 then another for Mt1.20-21 and so on.

I believe that what I have created is accurate and error free.

If it is permissible to distribute this via the forum without violating the copyright, I will do so.  I've sent an e-mail to Logos asking whether I can post it.

I've also sent my .DOCX files to Logos, so possibly if they like what they see, maybe they will make it available through normal distribution channels.
