After installing Logos 4, it appears that I’m missing
resources and the Biblical People, Places and Things are not available (grayed
out). I've had logos since version 2 and I purchased the upgrade for my version 3 gold edition. My account shows the purchase as: Upgrade
Scholar's Library: Gold (OC) to Scholar's Library: Gold (LE). I’ve not done an exhaustive search for what
resources I’m missing but I have yet to find one of the new resources in the gold
edition (based on the comparison chart on logos.com). I found the following post that

. I’ve followed the steps below that worked for the original poster.

Deleted:
C:\Users\David\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\nilcqdug.4f3\UpdateManager\Updates.db
·
Turned off
my fire wall
·
Restarted
Logos 4
·
Performed an
“update now”, then “update resources
I’m currently running SR-6 (4.0.3.2984). The status in the upper
right hand corner shows Synchronization is enabled and all items are up to
date. The indexing has stopped (it ran for a long time!).
Alas, I’ve had no success. Any help is much appreciated.
