A purchased resource can't be downloaded

Hi.

I bayed a new bible yesterday, and received the notification that the book can be download automatically to my logos 4.  I go to the logos library after reopen the program, but the new book wasn't downloaded.  Is a problem with the order or i need to wait some days to download the resource?
