I puchased the basic package and I can not get it installed on my desk top. Please help. Thank you
More info is needed. What operating system are you using??? What error messages are you receiving??? Please be more specific.

You can get to the program engines in THIS LINK. Download either the Mac or PC version and install. Run the program and enter your username & password. Let the long download begin. After the resources have downloaded, the resources will need to be indexed. If you have any more questions, let us know. [:)]
