Prayer List Missing

I had to reinstall Logos 4 after my hard drive crashed. Although my Bible reading plan was reloaded, my prayer list is missing. I tried to search the forum and the knowledge base. It seems that this should have been saved with my other user resources, so I am not sure if it even would have been present on my local machine. Any ideas?

Perhaps it did download and it doesn't show in your Home page view
1. On your Home page, click on Customize.
2. Make sure that it is checked in the list.
3. Now if you checked it in step 2, it should show up in the top Ribbon (you might need to scroll to see it)
OR
1. Click on File in the top menu.
2. In the Find box type pray
3. Look thru the results to see if your Prayer list is found. If you click on it, Logos4 will open in the layout area.

Steve, thanks for the quick reply. I checked all of these options to no avail. Any other ideas?

Welcome [:D]
Wondering if installation, indexing, and sync done ?
Wiki has Getting Started with Logos => Installation + Indexing
Curious if logging folder has Logos4Error.log file ?
Likewise wonder if diagnostic logs have any intriguing messages ?
Wiki has => http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging

Yes, I found a Logos 4 error log file. It seems like the sync was interrupted. How do I restart the download of settings from the Logos servers?

One idea is restarting computer then launch Logos 4. Option: can watch Logos Log Files folder for updates. Also can open diagnostic log files to look at progress.
Edit: since using stable Logos 4.5a SR-1, other option is contacting Logos Tech Support => http://www.logos.com/about/contact (albeit phone lines are closed on weekends)
