Can't Download the Book I bought
I clicked on the link in the email I received to download the book I bought, but it just keeps asking for my login ID and password.
How do I get to a place to download the book to my iPhone or iPad?

You will first need to download either the Logos or Vyrso app from the App Store. You can do this through iTunes on your computer, or the app store app on your device. Once you have the app installed on your device, you will need to enter your username & password. Once your username & password have been entered, your books should be available immediately. You will not need to enter this info again (unless you delete the app).

Also, if you want to download the book for offline use, you can do this by clicking "download" under the resource info panel.

The book doesn't show up in my Logos App library.

Hey Mike and welcome,
Alabama24 could be of more help if he the knew the title. There are books that Logo's is under legal obligation not to download to iPhone/iPad. That said if we knew the title we might be able to help quicker (in other ways like searching.)
