What are our privilages as Logos BSW users? And what should Logos do more?

I think it is good for us to evaluate our privileges and it may help Logos to concentrate more on their customer's desire.
Blessings in Christ.

Logos has given me a whole lot more than I have paid for. When I first bought in to Logos I only expected to get a desktop program that searched the Bible and a few reference books. Today I find myself with a Mega-Super program that runs on my laptop, my netbook, my desktop and my iMac. Whenever I get around to buying an iPad and Kindle, Logos will be there waiting for me. And If I have to, I can read my books on Biblia.com
So, Tes, my privilages far out-distance my expectations.
I considered the second half of your thread title for a while. I have been watching Logos activities very closely. It is obvious from our many daily downloads that Logos has been busy finessing the tagging and/or meta-data on many resources. I see many new resources getting shipped from the publishing department. The progression towards Logos 5 appears to be steady. If I were to ask Logos to do something it would be to "Please slow down." I am lost as to how I will be able to pay for my Pre-Pubs for Zondervan's Bible Reference Bundle #3 and the big Jonathan Edward's set. I normally use creative ideas to fund the big purchases. It is difficult to do right now.

In retrospect; The faithlife series[faithlife.com, fsb.com and I believe Biblia] have been around for a spell.
I believe that Faithlife has a registration of around 2001, and an update of around 2011, I believe this is correct but could be wrong…
So they have been busy over the years…so I suspect that what they are about to release will exceed many an expectation to us as users. Granted we do not have to participate. Would this not be part of our ‘privileges’?
Expectations; Again, I believe that they are as accommodating as they are in foreseeing a possible new generation of Bible users, in which case the new development of a better interactive software platform…….

Aside from having the privilege of using the software, which almost goes without saying, we have the remarkable privilege of being able to communicate directly with the people who made it, including the CEO of the company, through these forums and direct email in many cases (Bob and VP Dan Pritchett publish their email addresses, as do a number of the others). That is outstanding for a company of this size (250+). With most software, if you have an issue with it, you're lucky if there's a "Contact Us" form on the website that gives you an automated "thank you for your feedback" type answer, and only occasionally gets you a response from a human being in customer service or tech support. Being able to talk directly with the developers and testers and management of the company is a very rare privilege indeed. I've usually only ever seen that kind of communication with users in tiny startup companies with under 10-20 employees. So yes, I feel that we are very privileged.
And yes, Logos should do more, but they are constantly doing more, and they listen to us. It's really quite remarkable.

I count Logos Bible Software as a gift from God. I am amazed at the research I am able to do today and the speed with which it's done compared to a few years ago.
I also think Logos should slow down, but for a different reason. This has been stated by others before. I think they should have as they're highest priority to complete the things they've promised and started before moving on to new enhancements and resources.

Praise the Lord! I am very glad to have these amazing resources.I am very glad with Logos, specially for offering us a free tool PBB and the free resources and updates we get constantly.I am very pleased as well ,that Logos has offered us the privilege to get them by downloading , so that we don't need to pay extra costs for post and taxes as well.I remember the first resources I got.I had to pay about 115 Euro.and I even appreciate Logos for their return policy, I have quickverse and PC study bible and I have never enjoyed as Logos. What I expect more from Logos is to continue with the effort which they have already make and to make Logos 4 more functional.
Blessings in Christ.

I am very happy with the privileges that I have acquired through Logos Bible Software. I spent a lot of my hard earned cash on it, even though I am not in a pulpit.
Logos is worth every penny of what I spent. I am especially happy with their customer service, which has allowed me to return resources which, upon closer examination, I determined weren't suitable for my collection.
Yea for Logos! And Yea for Jesus! [<:o)]
