New build won't let me go full screen.

Just updated and now backgrounds as well as song backgrounds won't go full screen it cuts of the left side on our screens when I go into "ON AIR" mode. I have tried quitting the program and doing a restart, but no luck there. Also I built a fast keynote to see if it was our screens, but no problem with a keynote presentation. Any ideas on how to fix it before our next service? Thanks in advance.

I have not been able to reproduce that behavior. It is quite possible you have the Presenter window Maximized instead of Full Screen.

 

If this is true you should still be able to see the Full Screen button in the Upper Right-Hand corner of the window.
