RefTagger works with Cavendish but not other skins. Need help. Thanks.

I have RefTagger working with the Cavendish skin, but exactly the same code does not work with Monobook or the skin I actually want to use. Has anyone had an issue with different sins? Is there anything in RefTagger that stops it working with a new skin once it is working with another skin? Cache?
