Inserted Notes Not Going to The Correct Location in Note file (L4)

Here is what I am experiencing: In L4, if I am at the end of the note file, and then go back to my resource and try to add a new note (as I read thru a book I keep a note file on it for future reference), sometimes the new note is added at a location other than at the bottom of the note file. It is only an intermittent problem, but it is annoying, as it requires me to click and drag the note to the correct location at the bottom of the note file.

I am using L4 on a PC, OS= Win XP.

Any thoughts on what might be going on here? Possible bug?

I very rarely use the notes feature at the moment Robert.  I have, however, attempted to replicate this - no luck yet.

It happens all the time.   It seems to put the new note after the last note selected or edited.  I find myself also having manually rearrange them. There is no facility to sort by bible reference, which I would like, too.

I am the opposite I want to be able to insert a note into the location of my choice and I can't do anything but get them to appear at the bottom of the page.

Yes this is a serious irritation if I am inserting into a large note file.  It can take several minutes to get it into the right place.

4.0c currently in beta is going to make thing easier, it has note sorting, compact(title) only view, plus like 4.0b you can drag and drop to rearange
