What does under contract means?
Does this mean they are getting ready to ship a book or set? I have one from Feb 17 and one today all from community priceing. Email said mr price was successful.

"Under Contract" means they are working on it; "they" being Logos' staff, the publisher, and/or a third party e-publisher. The amount of time a resource can be under contract varies widely, dependent on a number of factors.
(Logos doesn't like to give long-term projections about when something might be done, because too often unforeseen circumstances push the date back.)

Randall - Richard is right to say "varies widely." Often this is many months… I think that there was (at least) one last year that was only several weeks. I have several that are closing in on a year.

You will receive an email notice before shipment to confirm billing info. It seems that happens about 2 weeks ahead of actual release.
If a financial disaster has occured, you still have an opportunity to cancel at that time.

My sale rep at Logos called me and said they haven't even started making the books. He said basically people want it and now they go back to the publisher and then work out a deal to make it. I have the price locked in.
